MapRank ("we," "us") is a Google Maps ranking service for local businesses, operated from 808 SE Commerce Ave, Battle Ground, WA 98604. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: your name, business name, email address, and mobile number.
• Public information about your business from Google Maps and Google Business Profile, such as your listing's rank for certain searches, reviews, categories, hours, and photos.
• If you become a customer and grant us access to your Google Business Profile, the data needed to manage it: posts, review replies, insights, and photos.
• Basic website usage data, such as pages visited and the browser you used.
• Billing details are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

• To run your free rank check and send you the report.
• To deliver the service you pay for and report on results.
• To contact you about your account, your report, or support.
• To improve the service.

Text messages (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from MapRank about your rank report, your account, appointment reminders, and support. Message frequency varies; typically 2 to 6 messages a month. Message and data rates may apply.

• Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You'll get one confirmation text and nothing further.
• Reply HELP for help, or email luca@maprankpro.net.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Who we share data with

Only the providers we need to run the service: Google (Maps and Business Profile data), our email and text messaging providers, our hosting provider, and Stripe for payments. Each of them handles your data under their own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

How long we keep it

Rank reports and prospect records for up to 12 months. Customer account data for as long as you're a customer and up to 12 months after. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

Your choices

• Email: every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Reply STOP and you're removed.
• Text: reply STOP.
• Data: email us to see, correct, or delete what we have about you.
