Terms of service

These terms cover the MapRank service provided by MapRank, 808 SE Commerce Ave, Battle Ground, WA 98604. By running a free rank check or buying a plan, you agree to them.

The service

MapRank measures where your business ranks on Google Maps and works to improve it by managing your Google Business Profile: posts, review replies, profile details, photos, review requests, and monthly reporting. The free rank check is informational and creates no obligation on either side.

Your Google account

To do the work, you grant MapRank manager access to your Google Business Profile. You keep ownership. We only make changes that serve your ranking and will never remove you as owner. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account, which ends our ability to deliver the service.

Billing

• The plan is $299 per month, plus a one-time $500 setup fee, billed by card through Stripe.
• Monthly charges renew automatically on the same day each month until you cancel.
• Annual prepay, where offered, is billed once up front and is non-refundable after the first 30 days.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel any time by emailing luca@maprankpro.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month; you won't be charged again. The setup fee is non-refundable once work has started. If you see no improvement in your rank map within your first 30 days, tell us and we'll refund that first month.

No guarantee of specific rankings

Google decides what ranks. We use methods that reliably move local listings, and we report results honestly, but we can't promise a specific position, a specific timeframe, or a specific number of calls. Anyone who does is guessing.

What you agree to

• The business information you give us is accurate and yours to share.
• You'll respond to reasonable requests (photos, approvals, access) so we can do the work.
• You won't use the service for a business that violates Google's guidelines.

Limits on liability

MapRank is not liable for lost business, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from the service, including actions Google takes on your listing. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we'll email you before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Disputes are handled in Clark County, Washington.
